Lumio Certified Trainer

The Lumio Certified Trainer program is a group of inspiring educators who offer their services and expertise to their community and beyond. These educators stand out in their school or organization as a leader and make themselves visible while leveraging Lumio to create active learning experiences.

Engage in this exciting self-paced coursework to become an expert to provide professional learning in Lumio! This course contains six bite-sized lessons. Complete one lesson a week, or all at once, as you work at your own pace. At the end of the course, you will be tasked with facilitating  professional development highlighting how you can light up learning with Lumio.

The lessons in this course are aligned with the Lumio 5 steps backed by research to support best practices for implementation. Throughout each lesson you will create and build upon a Lumio file, while exploring the tools and features of Lumio. Resources are provided in each lesson for you to explore, including a suggested time frame to work at your own pace. We recommend choosing a central topic or theme to use throughout the course. By the end of this course, you will have the skills and knowledge to lead Lumio implementation with other educators in your community. 

As you progress through the course, remember to visit the Lumio Certified Trainer community to collaborate with other educators going through the certification program and share ideas. 

Additionally, continue to extend your Lumio knowledge, expand your Professional Learning Network (PLN), and enhance your leadership skills as you embark on your Lumio community journey.
