I bought a 32 Degrees insulated jacket, but the main zipper jammed on the second wear—now it won’t zip down fully. I reached out via their support portal, and there’s been silence ever since. I need a functioning outer layer ASAP with colder weather ahead. Did anyone experience this and manage to get a repair or replacement? What actually helped get their attention?
