Colleagues, maybe someone has encountered good tools for online consulting on e-commerce sites? I am looking for something that can be easily integrated with Shopify and that really helps the client choose a product, and not just respond with template phrases. Preferably with AI and training.

Hi! I just finished looking at the analytics for last month. You can see how people wander around the site and do not reach the basket. There is a feeling that someone is missing who could help them navigate, prompt, direct. It just does not work like that anymore.
