    Purchased a Vanilla Gift card and tried activating it at the register, but the cashier couldn’t process it and said the card showed no value. I used their online support form to request assistance, but haven’t seen a reply or activation confirmation in my account. Has anyone faced this during checkout and successfully got the card fully activated? Curious what steps helped.

I kept my receipt and card number, sent those details through their support portal along with the purchase date, and included a note asking politely for activation confirmation. Within a few hours, their customer representative responded and confirmed the card was active and usable. It seems waiting a short period before reaching out and including precise purchase info can quickly fix those activation snags at the register.
